Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • This cabin is accessed via a fairly steep gravel road. A vehicle with 4WD or AWD is required during winter months.

Policies and Rules

  • Maximum of 3 vehicles per reservation due to neighborhood rules. Do not bring more than 3 vehicles.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • PET RENT: $25 per night per pet, plus tax. Mature, well-trained pets only. Dogs and cats welcome.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • Maximum of 3 vehicles per reservation due to neighborhood rules. Do not bring more than 3 vehicles.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Well-stocked kitchen with utensils, cooking basics, stove, oven, and dishwasher provided.
  • High-speed internet is available.
  • Bed linens and towels are provided.
  • Clothes washing machine and clothes dryer are available.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present.
  • There is also a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • We do not provide hair dryers.
